There are so many different versions of the keto diet that it’s easy to get mixed
up. Nuts contain many beneficial nutrients and vitamins along with
their carbohydrates, so it’s not a big deal if you snack on these
or use them to enhance your home made dishes, but eating a bag’s worth is out
of the question. I was also out of breath just from folding clothes and placing them in piles.
I think this falls firmly into the "bug" rather
than "feature" category because it often involves figuring out what on earth
to do with it after I’ve bought it rather than before, which would really
